FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How many
students are in each class?
Our policy is that there are no more than 10 in each class.
This allows the trainer to give proper attention to each
student and answer more questions.
When does
the course start/finish?
Courses in Sydney start at 9.00am
Courses in Brisbane start at 9.00am
Courses on the Gold Coast start at 9.30am
Course finish times vary due to content, class size and the volume of questions from students. All courses are finished no later than 4.30pm although please note that some courses finish earlier as described.
I
have never used MYOB before. What course should I do?
If you have never used MYOB before, we recommend starting
with Setting Up and Day to Day Processes. This will give you
a good understanding of how an MYOB file is setup as well as
the basic transactions all businesses need such as entering
invoices, making payments, preparing banking and doing a
bank reconciliation.
Do you provide ongoing support after the course?
Yes all students are provided with our Certified Consultant's contact details and are welcome to email or call with questions. There is no time period limitation although we will let you know if you require more than phone or email support.
Your courses seem idential to the courses offered by MYOB Australia. What is the difference?
Yes we provide the same training courses as MYOB Australia. The main difference is that our class sizes are more intimate with usually around 5-7 students and no more than 10. This allows lots of time for your questions!
Do you
provide one-on-one training? What is the cost?
Yes one-on-one training can be arranged. The cost varies
depending on what you wish to be trained on and is charged

Can you
train at our offices? What is the cost?
Yes training can be arranged at your
office. The cost varies depending on what you wish to be
trained on and the number of participants. Please contact us
on 1800 688 952 to get a quote.
Are you a
Registered Training Organization?
Not yet! We will be soon. This means that training provided
by us is nationally recognized.
Do I receive
a Certificate for the course?
Yes, all students receive a certificate of completion
outlining the topics you have learned.
