Training
Enrolment Requirements: PrecisionPays cannot confirm a place on a course until we are in receipt of a completed online booking form and acceptable form of payment.
Transfer: Transfers between courses can be arranged if notification is received 5 full working days prior to the commencement of the course from which you wish to transfer. If less than 5 working days notice is provided the booking is forfeit.
Credits: Requests for a training credit must be made 5 full working days prior to the commencement of the course which can longer be attended, otherwise the booking is forfeit. This credit will be held for a period of 3 months, during which it may be used towards the cost of another training course. If the credit is not used within 3 months it will expire.
Refunds: A refund can be obtained inside a 7-day cooling off period from the date of booking a course. If a request for a refund is not received 7 calendar days after booking, then a transfer or credit is available. A $30 administration fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Replacements: Request to transfer an enrolment to another person must be notified to PrecisionPays prior to the commencement of the course.
Cancellation of Course: PrecisionPays reserves the right to cancel at its sole discretion any particular course. In the event that a specific course is cancelled then participants enrolled in that course will be transferred to the next available course and notified by PrecisionPays of the change.
Sickness: If you are unwell on the day of training, please ensure your sickness does not create a distraction or concern to the other students in the course. If your symptoms appear to be contagious or you are unable to contain your coughing, sneezing and/or other side effects, you may be asked to leave the training so as not to expose other students or the trainer to your illness. Under these circumstances, refunds and transfers are not offered.
Course prices: Prices are subject to change without notice and will be quoted including GST and confirmed at the time of booking.

Software
All software products sold by PrecisionPays come with a full manufacturers warranty. PrecisionPays do not offer any refund on software that have been wrongly selected or once the product has been activated using your unique serial number. Please feel free to contact us personally in regards to your individual situation should you wish to discuss refunds or exchanges in more detail.
Payment Methods
Invoice
You will be provided with a Tax Invoice which is payable in full. Once cleared funds have been received, we will order the software on your behalf. Payment can be made by any of the following methods: EFT, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Cheque
Delivery Policy
PrecisionPays delivers Australia wide. We can also deliver internationally on request. Please contact us for an international orders before placing your order to discuss your needs.
All packages will be sent to you directly from MYOB. PrecisionPays does not accept any liability for damaged or lost goods.
